The Magazine was founded in 2006 as a response to a need of REALTORS® their clients, buyers and sellers in the Piedmont of South Carolina and the Charlotte North Carolina Metropolitan area. The Magazine is currently distributed in York, Lancaster, Chester Counties of South Carolina and Southern Mecklenburg County of North Carolina.
